Da Vinci Speakers Manual Muscle
For sale is a Light Harmonic DaVinci Dual DAC. This particular unit was upgraded by the manufacturer to the Dual-DAC specs. Included are the original pelican carry case, remote, and a manual. I've very conservatively rated this piece as 6/10 condition; I'd rather be overly-critical of it. There are a few marks, scratches, and rub marks I've done my best to capture in the photos. Pricing for this unit at a huge discount over the original price accommodates the imperfections, so candidly, I'm not willing to consider lowball offers. I have already lowballed myself on your behalf.
Liquid Market Definition. The opposite of a liquid market is called a 'thin market. It’s hard to say just how important these differences are.
Please look at the photos carefully. A prospective owner willing to overlook cosmetic imperfections will be rewarded with stellar sound at a stellar price. New DaVinci dual-DAC internals add to the original DaVinci even greater processing power for high resolution digital music files – all the way up to 32 bit/384kHz PCM and DSD 128. The “Dual-DAC” nomenclature describes the unique decoding process within. One section optimizes for PCM output, and a separate engine enables the best sound from DSD files. DaVinci reads the incoming file and routes it automatically through the appropriate circuitry for the best sonics. Normally, there is a pulsing light around the edge of the DAC which flashes on and off.
I found it distracting, and had LH disconnect it during the upgrade process. The DAC is currently located at Echo Audio (EchoHiFi.com), my local audio store in Portland, OR. The DAC will ship from their store. Since I do not have much Audiogon feedback, they can vouch for both the condition of the DAC, and for me as a seller.
Please Google for reviews of the unit. They can best describe the incredible sound, and functionality with greater specificity. The DAC weighs about 60 lbs -- yes, built like a tank. Add about 10 lbs for the pelican case. Buyer pays for insured shipping.
I'm willing to give the buyer three days to listen to it and ensure they are satisfied. However, the buyer is responsible to cover the cost of insured return shipping if he/she decides to return it. But I seriously doubt the buyer will want to return it once he/she hears how good it is!
Because of shipping cost, process, and fragile nature of electronics I'm willing to sell to buyers in the United States only. It will be shipped by FedEx ground, insured for the sale amount. Insurance adds around $250 to the buyer's shipping rate. If you live near Portland, OR, free local pickup is certainly an option too. Thanks for looking.

Robert is right. Divinci is a 'white van' speaker scam. The people involved in this scam are the scum of the audio world. There are many different brand names involved in this scam but they all share several common elements: 1) They are never sold in a venue in which you can listen to them first.
2) They are always sold in some context that leads you to believe you are getting a once in a lifetime deal. 3) The brand has an elaborate website that looks impressive. 4) The speakers are VERY cheaply made and then GREATLY overpriced. Nokia Asha 309 Firmware Download. They are then offered somewhere at a 'reduced' price that is still about ten times more than the speakers are worth. 5) You can not get a refund. If you do a search for 'white van speakers' or 'white van speaker scam' you will find quite a few articles on this (including a pretty good one at Wikipedia). Divinci (there is a legitimate DaVinci [note the spelling difference] brand of outdoor speakers) is one of the most notorious of these scam brands flooding the market at the moment.
For the best answers, search on this site Davinci, Theater Research, and about 20 other el-cheepo systems are sold out of the back of white vans at gas stations and parking lots. These are impressive looking packaging and they even have a website where they claim to have good reviews and awards - every one is fake. They 'claim' they are a $2,000 system, but that is just to try and get greedy people to pay more. They are about the poorest quality speakers and electronics you can get. WallMart/KMart or the Dollar store would not sell these because of the high failure rate and poor quality.
Avoid these at all cost. I wish you had asked here before you bought those speakers. Divinci is a scam brand. Their website is a con. If you will do a search for 'white van speaker scam' you will learn all about this scam. Windows Xp Sp3 more.
Wikipedia has a decent article on white van speakers. Those wattage ratings you quote are fictional. If you intend to keep those speakers I would just get any cheap receiver for them. ---edit---- If you used a credit card, call that company and immediately cancel the charge on the basis of fraud by the seller.
