Walther Model 1936 Olympia Semi-Automatic Pistol The Walther Olympia is considered, in terms of design, accuracy and finish, to be one of the finest target automatic pistols ever produced. The under side of the frame is drilled for counter weights. The rear sight is adjustable for windage and the front sight is adjustable for elevation. Grips are two-piece checkered walnut with a thumb-rest on the left side. The serial number is located on the left side of the receiver spur and on the left side of the slide behind the serrations.

'Eagle/N' proof marks are present and the magazine has a wooden extension matching the grips (numbered to the gun). Auction sales are strictly for cash, cashier's check, personal checks (with prior approval of RIAC's management), MasterCard, Visa or Discover. NOTE TO FOREIGN BUYERS: Method of payment will be U.S. Currency, certified check drawn on an American bank or wire transfer.
4.TERMS OF PAYMENT. At the announcement of 'SOLD', the highest bidder will have purchased the offered lot. All sales are final at the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer or at the announcement of 'SOLD'.

The Total Amount Due must be paid in full the day of sale if attending in person, otherwise upon receipt of the buyer's invoice. If the property is not removed within five days following the date of sale, it will be stored at RIAC's facility at a cost of $50 per month.
The purchaser will then be unable to pick up the purchased lots until the storage fees are paid to RIAC. If the purchased lots are not picked up and storage fees paid to RIAC, the items will be sold pursuant to the Illinois Labor and Storage Lien Act, 770 ILCS 45/0.01 et seq. And/or 770 ILCS 50/0.01 et seq. Each purchaser at this auction grants RIAC a security interest in the property purchased. Any of the purchaser's property and all monies held or received by RIAC on the purchaser's behalf will be retained as collateral security for the purchaser's obligations to RIAC.
RIAC may apply against such obligations monies held or received by RIAC for the account of, or owing to, the purchaser. RIAC retains all rights of a secured party under the Illinois Commercial Code. Whenever the purchaser pays only a part of the Total Amount Owed for one or more lots purchased, RIAC may apply such payments, at RIAC's sole discretion, to the lot or lots RIAC chooses.
Payment will not be deemed made in full until RIAC has collected the Total Amount Due in cash or good funds. RIAC has the sole discretion to determine what is considered good funds.
In the event Purchaser pays by check and the check is returned due to insufficient funds, stopped payment, closed account, or for any other reason, and Purchaser already has possession of the property, such possession of the property will be deemed theft by deception and/or theft under 18 U.S.C. § 922(u), which may result In penalties of a fine of up to $250,000, imprisonment in federal prison for up to 10 years, or both.
Auction Bidding Venues/Mediums: Floor, Internet, Live Telephone & Absentee. Buyers Fee Discount: A Buyers Fee Discount of 3% is extended to any buyer paying by cash, check, or money order. SHIPPING: By appointment, items may be picked up in-person at Centurion's Tallahassee Gallery. Items requiring shipment will be shipped by Centurion's in-house shipping department. Non-Firearms Domestic shipments are sent via USPS, FedEx or UPS. International shipments are sent USPS Express Mail International. Firearm shipments are sent by FedEx. All Domestic shipments will include mandatory insurance and tracking / delivery confirmation.
International shipments cannot be insured and are sent at the buyer's risk. Centurion must be notified of Shipping Claims, Damage or Loss within 7 days of receipt. Centurion Auctions assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged items received through shipment. All shipping damage / loss claims MUST be processed and resolved through the organization by which they were shipped or insured. Absolutely no refunds or claims may be submitted beyond 7 days of receiving a shipment. LOCAL PICKUP: Buyers are allowed to pick their items up in person at: 2811 Capital Circle NE, Tallahassee FL 32308. All local pickups are by appointment and must take place within 15 days of the auction.

Absentee bidders agree to all terms and conditions. In terms of a tie bid between an absentee bidder and the auction floor, the auction floor will win said item at their amount bid.
TELEPHONE BIDDERS: All telephone bids must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to auction. Telephone bids may be submitted via email, our website, mail or fax.
BIDDING: The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. Once a bid is announced?sold?, the high bidder has purchased the lot. In executing a bid, the bidder is agreeing to purchase the lot. All sales are binding and final. BUYERS PREMIUM: A buyer?s premium of 18% applies to all floor, phone and house absentee bids.
